On November 19, 2025, an anniversary gala will be held, under the patronage of UNESCO, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women and Science programme: let’s show the power of women in science together.
Among the guests of honor was Dr. Danuta Witkowska, professor at the University of Opole, who received a L’Oréal–UNESCO research scholarship in 2011.
This unique event will focus on the ever-present issue of equalizing gender inequalities and the importance of the female gender in scientific research and the education of young staff.
