The scientific quarterly has been published continuously since 2012 and constitutes an important element in the implementation of the research development strategy of the Institute of Health Sciences at the University of Opole.
Since 2019, the quarterly has been a fully electronic journal. Issues of Medical Science Pulse are published in the diamond Open Access model under a Creative Commons license, meaning that the journal is fully open and does not charge fees either to authors for publication or to readers for access to its content. The publication of the quarterly is financed from the university’s statutory funds as a key element of fostering and promoting scientific research.
